Don’t see only noise in outbursts of rage or anger.


• Understand the pain and distress experienced by the person who suffers from it, and sincerely express that understanding (emotional empathy).


• Show that you are by their side and say it openly, without denying or ridiculing the emotion.


• Wait until calm returns.


• This does not mean justifying the inappropriate behavior; it simply means choosing a better moment for loving correction—without tension and with sincere dialogue.
